Well, we did it. Four days, one Luxor, twelve people, zero regrets.

Thank you — every single one of you — for coming. For the flights, the time off, the cabana hours, and the limo singing. You showed up for Kellie, all the way to Las Vegas, and we won’t forget it. We missed you, Lacey — you were with us in spirit.

Final trip honors

• 🦉 Lisa — Night Owl AND Late Night Party Animal, the first double-crown in event history
• 🧼 Lisa, again — brushed up with the wrong travel bottle and reports her mouth “got cleaned.” Stone-cold sober. The triple crown is complete.
• 🥤 The carry-on of Coke Zero, Celsius, and BuzzBallz — MVP, inanimate division
• 🎰 Vegas — kept the dollars, as is tradition
• 👑 Kellie — turned 50 like it was nothing

And about Kellie. Fifty years in, and she’s still the person everyone in that pool, that limo, and that dinner table gravitated toward — because that’s what she does. She makes people feel like the party is for them, even at her own birthday. She wore a tiara, a boa, and chicken feet with total confidence and spent the whole weekend making sure everyone else was having fun. That’s who she’s been for fifty years. Lucky doesn’t cover it.

Recap: nobody won big. Vegas kept the dollars. That was never the point. The sign, the limo, the lights, the Queen in full regalia — an amazing night with everyone we love most.

Saturday: rest up. The cabana is ours all day — folks will start drifting down around 10, but there’s no locked-in time. Come down whenever you’re human again. Dinner at Hard Rock is Saturday night — 6:45 in the lobby again.

And Sunday is Kellie’s ACTUAL 50th. 🎂 Consider this the warm-up lap. It’s going extremely well.

Nine hours of cabana. Zero regrets. The crew held that pool like it was a job with benefits. Jacob, Liz, and Allyson made it in — the roster is complete.

Now go shower the sunscreen off, put on something great (or something stupid — see Friday’s section), and meet in the lobby at 6:45 sharp.

Solid first night, everybody. Vegas took its opening swings and this crew did not fold.

Love you all so much. Thanks for coming down. Watching this group roll into that lobby was the whole point.

When you wake up: the pool opens at 9 and we have a cabana and a lounger until 6. No schedule, no pressure. Holler if you need anything.

Incoming today: Jacob, Liz, and Allyson land around noon. Sorry Lacey can’t make it — we’ll miss you, and we hope the car hunt goes fast. The odds board takes no position on whether the new car will be pink.

The cabana and day bed are covered. Come hang out. The day bed sits right in front of the cabana and fits about four, so there’s room to rotate between sun and shade.

Pool food and drinks are on you, so bring a card and sunscreen.

Southwest 769 touches down at 9:15 AM. Figure Luxor by 10:15–10:45.

If the room’s not ready: bags to bell services, change if you need to, straight to the pool.

Friday night

6:30 PM — Start gathering at Luxor.

6:45 PM — Be downstairs. Thirteen people, one limo, zero waiting.

7:00 PM — PINK HUMMER.

7 PM. Pink Hummer. Be downstairs. We are leaving without you.

Strip cruise with music, then it drops us at Fremont around 8:00 PM. Limo questions: Vegas Party Limo, 702-616-6000.

Word from the limo company: Friday’s Hummer will be one of these — black, green, or white — assigned the day of. First bet of the weekend: call the color.

We are calling it the Pink Hummer no matter what shows up.

8:00 PM · Fremont

Casinos, live music, drinks, wandering, food, general Fremont chaos. Atomic Liquors and Evel Pie are on the maybe list. No plan on purpose.

Getting back: everyone grabs their own Uber or Lyft to Luxor. No group departure, no judgment on your exit time.

Saturday afternoon

Nothing scheduled between pool and dinner. Shower, nap, recover, gamble, wander, get ready.
